Famous rhyming poems are those forms of poetry having stressed out its strongest element – the rhyme. These poems, due to its being good to sounds to the ear and the simplicity of the artistic arrangement of words have had been so known and widely spread through publications and the mother tongue. Thus, they had been called as genuine and famous.

The most fundamental technical element of poetry is rhythm, established by the regular or almost regular recurrence of similar units of a pattern of sound. There are four basic kinds of rhythm: quantitative, accentual, syllabic, and accentual-syllabic. In quantitative rhythm, the units are determined by the length of time it takes to utter a syllable, with regular successions of long and short syllables. In accentual, the occurrence of a stresses, or accented syllable, determines the basic rhythmic unit regardless of the number of unstressed syllable that surround it. In syllabic rhythm the number of syllables, whether stressed or unstressed, is fixed in a line or even in an entire poem, though the placement of the accents may vary. Not only is poetry constructed in patterns but it also consist interlocking word sounds within a line or among lines. This is what we call rhyme which has threee kinds: masculine, in which the correspondence of sounds is based on the vowels and succeeding consonants of accented syllables: feminine rhyme, in which the correspondence of sounds is between accented and unaccented syllables: and triple rhythm, with correspondence of sounds among three syllables. Rhyme usually occurs at the end of a line, but it may be internal or initial.
